Payment and Refunds
Payment Methods and Plans
I prefer transactions through PayPal. But I also can accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash in the mail (U.S. only) if PayPal is absolutely not an option. I am not responsible for anything lost in the mail.
Please do not initiate payment. I will send an invoice via email.
For orders below $100, or any traditional commission that needs to be mailed, I require 100% of payment upfront. For orders $100 and above, I am willing to work out some kind of payment plan.
Payment Deadlines
I will not start working on the commission until payment is made. The client has seven days to complete the payment transaction from the time I confirm their order. If no payment is made in that time, the client forfeits their slot and I move on to the next person. For orders paid in installments, I will send the client an email informing them when the second installment is due. They will have up to two days to pay once they have responded to said e-mail.
Refund Policy
I will offer a 100% refund if, for whatever reason, I decide to cancel the order, regardless of how much I have completed.
I offer 100% refunds if the client decides to cancel the order before I start working on it, and a partial refund if the client cancels after I’ve started working on it. How much depends on the type of commission and how much I’ve completed.
Standards
The Artist will NOT Depict
Characters under the age of 18 in sexual situations, nonconsensual situations of any kind, fetishes, over-the-top gore, or anything else I deem distasteful.
Revision Policy
The client is allowed up to two complete revisions at the sketching stage on any commission, unless otherwise specified.
Updates and Deadlines
I will update the client at least twice during the period in which I work on their order, once during the sketch stage, and one during the rendering stage. Please do not ask for updates any more frequent than once a week.
I will accept deadlines within reason, however I prefer to set my own. I have the right to refuse a commission on the basis of an unreasonable deadline.

They do not have the right to sell the work under any circumstances, unless previously agreed upon when the order was made.
